Treatment Models

Equip’s fully virtual treatment helps patients heal at home while focusing on what matters to them in their everyday lives. We tailor treatment for each patient by using a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet each patient’s needs. Here’s the evidence-based approaches we most frequently employ: Family-Based Treatment (FBT), cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), temperament-based therapy with supports (TBT-S), and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
