VERY (Virtual Eating Recovery for You) offers multidisciplinary, collaborative care for folks struggling with eating or body image concerns. We provide virtual eating disorder care services (psychiatry, therapy, dietary, and Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching) in 15 states. We currently offer services in Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. Rogers Behavioral Health is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit provider of mental health and addiction services. Stephanie Albers is a licensed therapist specializing in providing therapy to individuals in larger bodies. She is committed to removing barriers to mental health care and has worked with a not-for-profit group focused on eliminating obstacles to accessing eating disorder treatment. She has a particular interest in how social media affects the development of eating disorders, and has conducted extensive research on the topic. Stephanie's therapeutic approach is rooted in the Health at Every Size framework and incorporates evidenced-based methods. Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie is actively involved in the eating disorder and size-inclusive community, volunteering with organizations like FEAST, ANAD, and the Eating Disorder Foundation. Haven of Hope Eating Disorder Care Center is an intimate, 13-bed residential treatment program located just outside of Memphis, Tennessee, serving adult women and female-identifying individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns.

Our treatment model is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with particular expertise in the intersection of eating disorders, trauma, attachment wounds, and complex personality presentations. Through highly individualized clinical and nutritional care, we help clients understand not only the behaviors surrounding their eating disorder, but the deeper experiences, protective patterns, and underlying needs that often sustain them.

Blue Ridge Eating Disorder Care Center, a facility for adolescent girls, is situated in pastoral Saylorsburg in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Blue Ridge Eating Disorder Care Center is committed to the recovery of young women with disordered eating. Located in the serene Pennsylvania countryside, our team of professionals offers individualized treatment for girls diagnosed with ARFID, anorexia, bulimia, OSFED, binge eating, and more.
