Wednesday Evening Online Support Group

Led by Sabrina

ANAD’s longest serving program is our eating disorder, self-help support groups. Self-help group support can help tremendously when someone is suffering with an eating disorder because it allows them to share what they are feeling and thinking in a safe, non-threatening environment where they will not be judged for having an eating disorder. Caring, community support can help replace eating disorders.

This virtual support group is free and confidential and is open to individuals struggling with an eating disorder. Please email for login access.

As someone who struggled with a severe eating disorder in my early teens and was able to move forward into living a full, happy life in long-term recovery, I am passionate about helping others along their journey into recovery and supporting each other through these particularly challenging times. My intention is to help create a safe space for honest, open-minded conversations in the hopes of fostering shared growth, learning and progress towards living long, healthy lives as a community. I am an enthusiastic and welcoming individual open to working and connecting with any and everyone that is open to doing so with me. I look forward to having you join our group! ” – Sabrina, ANAD Support Group Leader
