LGBTQ+ Online Support Group

Led by Hayden

ANAD’s longest serving program is our eating disorder, self-help support groups. Self-help group support can help tremendously when someone is suffering with an eating disorder, because it allows them to share what they are feeling and thinking in a safe, non-threatening environment where they will not be judged for having an eating disorder. Caring, community support can help replace eating disorders.

This free virtual support group is where LGBTQIA+ folks, in recovery from an eating disorder, can find support and community. It is led by Hayden, a CCI Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach. Group is held every Saturday, via Google Meets, from 9 am to 10 am PST. Although the group is currently full, I am happy to add folks to the waitlist. To be added to the waitlist or find out more information, please email Hayden at .
