Individual Ambassadors

Never underestimate the power of one! As an ANAD Student Ambassador you’ll have the opportunity to bring real change to your campus and community. We’ll work with you to brainstorm activities and initiatives that are meaningful to you, work with your schedule, and resonate with the students in your community.

You’ll also have the chance to connect with other ambassadors across the country for collaborations and networking opportunities!

Events

From inviting a speaker to your school to hosting a wellness fair or holding a candlelight vigil, there are a variety of ways you can raise eating disorder awareness. Check out our Events Guide for some more ideas on what past ambassadors have done.

Social Media Campaigns

Start an eating disorder awareness account, launch your own blog, and collaborate with others to spread the message. ANAD is here to help you create content and reach more people! Your idea may be the next viral hit!

Local Advocacy

Write to local representatives, attend advocacy days, or submit op-eds to local publications to smash through the stigma and stereotypes of eating disorders. We can work together to enhance your advocacy skills and develop impactful content.

School Initiatives

Advocate for a screening day at your school, revamp your school’s eating disorder resource materials, or connect with faculty on ways to ensure students have access to free eating disorder support options like ANAD.

Fundraising

Host a fundraiser or create a peer-to-peer fundraising page! Our Fundraising Guide helps put the fun in fundraising and our team is here to support you from start to finish. With your support ANAD, can keep all of our vital programs free and accessible for anyone struggling with food or body image distress! You will also help us reach more teens and young adults across the country!

And Much More!

Dream big, lead bold! As an ANAD Student Ambassador, you’ll have the creative license to come up with new ways to make an impact. The ANAD team is here to help you along the way!
